Message	TBL for short. On cars with a flushmount spoiler (like your 90TT), it's simply a $20 sticker. On cars with no spoiler or the pedastal type (like the picture) it's a large piece of plastic that becomes discolored (red) with time and is kind of expensive to replace ($180?).
